These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of services provided by Frosty Desert Heating & Air (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Scope of Services

Frosty Desert Heating & Air provides heating, ventilation, and air conditioning installation, repair, and maintenance services to residential and commercial customers in Las Vegas, Nevada, and surrounding areas. Service availability may be affected by weather, supplier availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Estimates and Pricing

• All service estimates are provided without obligation and are subject to modification based on final service needs or site inspection.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• All payments are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Payment Terms

• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and financing options where applicable.
• Late payments may be subject to interest, fees, or suspension of service.
• In the event of nonpayment, the Company reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including collections and recovery of reasonable attorney’s fees.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a service fee.

5. Warranties

All services performed by Frosty Desert Heating & Air are warranted as specified on the customer’s invoice or service agreement. Manufacturer warranties apply to installed equipment and are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. The Company does not warrant systems damaged due to misuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, or loss of profit, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service rendered.

7. Use of Website

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with its operation. All content, including trademarks, logos, and written content, is the property of Frosty Desert Heating & Air and may not be copied or distributed without prior written consent.

8. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, equipment shortages, power outages, or governmental actions.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website or services constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
